I Started In Nigerian Real Estate. Then I Realised I Could Build Something Bigger Without Leaving Nigeria.

I already understood property. I knew how to market real estate, speak to buyers and generate enquiries.

But the US market opened up a completely different opportunity.

The problem was, I had no roadmap. I had to figure out which markets to target, where to find landowners, how to evaluate a deal, what to say to sellers, how contracts worked, where buyers came from and how I would actually get paid from Nigeria.

So I learned it one piece at a time.

Eventually, that process turned into real US land transactions and over $100,000 in revenue in one year. And I did it without relocating to America.
